Google Drive: Copy a Document

On occasion you will need to copy a document in your Google Drive.

Click on the Document

In the list, single click on that document. Note that this does not work in “incoming.” You must first add a shared document to your “My Drive” before you can make a copy from Google Drive.

More Icon

In the toolbar the more icon will appear. This icon looks like 3 dots stacked vertically. Clicking on the more icon will reveal additional options.

Make a Copy

Choose “Make a copy” from the menu options.
