To create perfect circles when drawing in Google Draw, Google Slides or really ANY application that allows you to create shapes hold down the shift key while drawing.
Shift Key
Holding down the shift key while drawing or resizing constrains the proportions. Unless you want to stretch out your shape or image get in the habit of holding down shift when using drawing tools.

This does not seem to work in google slides … I am very familiar with this tool (in every app universally) and this is really frustrating. Please help.
It absolutely works in Google Slides. I just did it today.
