- Turns on Quiz if not already enabled
- Adds a question for First Name
- Adds a question for Last Name
- Inserts a section for Questions
- Randomizes questions within the section
- Removes the option to submit another response
- Modifies the response text to indicate to move on to the next assignment
- Automatically connects a Google Sheets spreadsheet for the responses if one does not already exist.
